The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

Fabulous and memorable moments spent during my two night stay at this well maintained 5-star hotel. Joseph at the reception arranged for my airport pickup. Staff are welcoming and polite. Great variety of good food and local spicy dishes at restaurants. Close to the airport. Enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and magnificent sunset.
