Everything was amazing. Starting from the villa, surrounded by the hills and located in a very peaceful environment. The staff was very caring and attentionate to all the details. We’ll never forget the chef Deva and his amazing food, the best we had in India ! The area is really nice and if you need to escape from the chaos of the city, a peaceful retreat at the villa is the best option ever. I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.

Vinayak is the perfect host and local guide. We enjoyed a hike together with him, where he informed us about a lot of local things. He also has a huge knowledge about plants and comes up with interesting fruit from his ecological garden. Just great to stay there.
