Ok - if you expect to find a hotel, this is not a place for you. This is a family home, a farm - so you better like animals and sharing the space with other guests. I loved it - Christina and her husband are great hosts. They will go extra mile to make you feel like home. It’s also a great location for exploring surrounding cities. You can drive to the Ravenna, Rimini, San Marino, Bologna, Firenze, Modena… All with in 1 to 2 hours drive. For bigger cities (Bologna and Firenze) I recommend taking the train instead driving. You can get all the details from the hosts. They have a restaurant also that works Wednesday to Friday with local vine and food. And don’t you miss a chance to go into the San Pietro Terme nearby - again ask the host for recommendation of local restaurants! I stayed 4 days instead of 2 and I will definitely come back again!

    Location was excellent. Dozza is a beautiful little place and the hotel was ideally located. Hotel itself was pleasant and the staff seemed welcoming even if the interactions were somewhat puzzling / frustrating.

    The location is great, right in the middle of the lovely little town of Dozza. A great breakfast was served in a little cafe across the street. You could choose whatever and as much as you wanted.

    Location is excellent, walking distance from Dozza e very quite with a nice view on the countryside. The house has been fully renovated, good size rooms, clean and tidy. Host was very kind and picked me up when I had problem getting a taxi.

    We stayed for one night and were welcome to stay with our three dogs. Very tastefully renovated and spacious apartment with large balcony. Great location not far from the motorway in a quiet and rural setting.

    Good parking with plenty of spaces. The hotel is pet allowed which is one of the reasons I booked since I'm travelling with my dog. Very good breakfast for the price.
