Beautiful place to stay, with generous rooms that were very elegantly furnished with great views. Paolo, the host, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was done very well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Extremly nice host! We had a most warm wellcome. Beautiful mansion with a breathtaking wiew! Even breakfast was extremely gòod and abundant. Sorry we couldn't stay there longer.

I was simply amazed - at the place, the staff... everything really. It is a really nice place to stay at during your visit in the region. The place is really quiet, the views are amazing and you're very close to several trails and tourist attractions, including Monte Sibilli (I highly recommend hiking there). There's parking, the area is very safe and you are very near town, where you can do shopping, eat at a local restaurant and find a gas station. You have at your disposal everything you need, including fast wi-fi and a washing machine.

Agriturismo Rocca del Nera is a recently renovated farm stay in Preci, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and bar. This property offers access to table tennis and darts.

Wonderful place where to relax! We enjoyed our stay there very much! Sauna, jakuzzi and a swimming pool were so in time after a long hiking day! And the owner is so nice and friendly! The wine and the breakfast was superb good! Would love to go back!🥰
