Lorenzo was friendly, waited me personally for the check in with extra focaccia. He is kind, responsive, the communication was on spot. A wonderful experience: carefully selected interior design pieces that mixed together create a sense of belonging; a great chef with mouth watering creations; outdoor heated pool; extremely helpful staff. And for once a dog friendly hotel that really welcomes animals rather than “tolerate” them. The location is also great and easy to go back and forth to Genova by train.

Very pet friendly ( but our dog is very nice and quite too 😉😍) The rooms are very beautiful. Nothing used, all well maintained and nicely decorated. Nice breakfast. Great location within walkig distance. If you go to Geneva stay there !
