    I would give a big thumbs up for the host/owner, such a nice person, very warm, welcoming and overall helpful. Totally recommend! Also regarding the location, very good, basically in the city centre. The room was ok, ane even with no air conditioning, the fan was doing a good job. There is no parking spot reserved, but we did not encounter issues finding one (free) on the street.

    Difficult to find inside the city walls, but we finally drove into the restricted zone a eventually found it before the reception closed at 11om, but the location in the plaza of the basilica was excellent. Walked the next morning across the plaza.

    Over all excellent! Receptionists are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Beatice, Andrea and Valero, also to the housekeeping lady, Patricia and to the kitchen/dining staff. Excellent location for me as a solo pilgrim. Quiet. Very good hotel for the pilgrims.
