Perfect location. Hotel is almost brand new (2 years) so, eveything looks and it really is stylish, comfy and luxury. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the roof top bar with perfect view and amazing cocktails:)

We liked absolutely everything about this accommodation. We highly these points: 1) We arrived late, at night, and we had a simple way of access to our accommodation using digital codes, which was very convenient for us. 2) The building has an elevator, so you don't need to make any effort with your luggage. 3) All the facilities are renovated, and in particular our room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, modern and welcoming. 4) The host, Jacinta, is very friendly and helpful, and she gave us very tasty breakfasts that we could eat comfortably in our room (we have chairs and table in our room). 5) The room was quiet to rest in, with windows with good acoustic insulation. 6) The location of the building where the Guest House is located is excellent, so you can walk to the main tourist attractions of Rome.

We didn’t expect THAT gorgeous service right close to the Trevi fountain, the room (Sole twin delux) is the best and we are planning to come back there again. Alessandro @ the reception is the nicest guy in the world.All the restaurant waiters - our Princes :) Restaurant / menu is sophisticated and high class, just go there and have a nicest dinner, finish it with a lemon sorbet with a sprinkle of champagne. And of course - the view from our room was the best. Thank you, Harry’s bar Trevi hotel, we are your fans forewer and will be coming back. PS: chose to order transfer to/from the airport by them, worth every euro, ask them to arrange it and you will be delivered right to the hotel doors by a cool car with a very nice driver.

We stayed at Sant’Ivo Apartments and were absolutely delighted! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The interior strikes a lovely balance between style and comfort, with great attention to detail. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace overlooking the dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza — a true oasis of calm. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there felt like little celebrations. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel the spirit of Rome. The hosts were very attentive, always available and helpful. A fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy Rome in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

    The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, very luminous and an amazing location! The host was super friendly and very helpful! We were in Rome on occasion of the marathon and it couldn’t have been a better location, just around the corner from the starting line. Our dog was with us and was well accepted with no extra charges. Very pet friendly environment! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back in the future!

    We liked pretty much everything. The location was great and we were with our own car, which made travelling to city easy. We had our am-staff dog with us and the place is pet friendly. The site also has a market, restaurant and laundry facility. We tried all of them. The restaurant is nice and friendly. Bonus points that there is a market in the area which is very convenient, but know that it has a 4h break during the day.

    Pet friendly! Comfortable & very livable for a couple of days in Rome. The room was pretty and the floor tiles a nice relief to our dog. Air-con worked great which was especially important during the heat wave. Great shared kitchen which was right outside our room. Elizabeta at check in was a pleasure! So pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Location very convenient. This place was a sanctuary from the crowds of Rome. I would definitely stay here again!!
