The location is great to visit Cagliari and also Chía. We loved the place surrounded by nature. The swimming pool is lovely and the dogs and the cats, if you are an animal person, definitely will make your stay very special. Jan is a lovely host. A perk: there is a washing machine that guests can use whenever they want free of charge!

The place was lovely! As pictured, on a farm in a cute little house with a garden and outdoor seating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again. Only a short 13min drive into Cagliari.

The host was super nice and friendly. Even though they didn’t speak English, we used a translator and understood each other easily. The host kindly allowed us to check in early. The place is clean and cozy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, large, well equipped and dog friendly with a big and fully fenced courtyard which includes secure off street parking. We spent our days in Cagliari which is about 20 minutes away but wished we had spent some time in the village of Capoterra as it looks like a charming old area. The property is owned by Marcelo, a young man who went out of his way to help us and was very reliable with any questions we had. No hesitation from us about staying there again.

The property was stunning, decently sized (7 people slept in nicely) and with an amazing outdoor area! The property has space for 7 people to sleep in (an European double size bed - matrimoniale, a French double size bed - which sleeps 2, 2 single size beds and a sofa bed that sleeps 2) and is fully kitted out. Plates, dishes to cook, serving trays, microwave, kettle, utensils for the BBQ, toiletries and loooots of breakfast options! We had milk, jams, Nutella, yoghurts, butter, little pastries! Each person gets a set of 3 of towels and the properties is kitted out with air con. By the pool there are loungers and there are lights to give a vibey vibe! 😎 The hosts are super kind and, if you feel comfortable, they’ll let Lillo and Greg hang around with you! They are two super cute dogs that have kept us company throughout our stay!

A wonderful stay. Highly recommend! The apartment was so clean, quiet and comfortable. The parking was good, and the hosts were so welcoming. The hospitality and food were incredible! San Sperate was a nice town to visit too; there was a festival in the centre when we visited, and we went to an excellent wine bar called Vineria Enoteca Dotvini.
