Very clean, every bed had its own charging station + light, each room has its own bathroom (also very clean). The staff were extremely helpful, always willing to answer my questions and even let me amend my booking when I didn’t make it to Petra on the day I thought I was going to. Would stay here again. Very close to Petra (walk down a steep hill and the visitor centre and JETT bus terminal are right at the bottom).

Petra Castle is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large and the service is excellent. It's located just outside Petra. By car it's only a few minutes away from the city center. The breakfast is a choice of both Jordanian and continental. The same counts for dinner: very good and a variety of Jordanian and 'western' dishes. The staff is excellent: friendly and offers great service. The Jordanian hospitality!

My experience with Pakeer's hospitality was absolutely fantastic. I didn't book a room for the night of my arrival because I wasn't sure what time I would reach his place. My flight landed at 10:00pm, and he had told me to text him as soon as I landed. I did just that, and after a nearly 2 and a half hour journey in a rental car, I arrived at his place. To my surprise, he had stayed up and waited for us, even offering us a free stay for the night. We were exhausted, so we gladly accepted and slept in. When we woke up late the next morning, he even offered us breakfast, which was another pleasant surprise. He also gave us some great recommendations for tourist locations to visit. I highly recommend Pakeer to anyone looking for a reliable and polite host. The homemade dinner his mom cooked for us was absolutely fantastic as well.

The local breakfast was very good. The place is quite cosy. Most importantly, Belal was the most helpful and friendly host I have ever met and I say this after visiting hundreds of hotels and B&Bs in more than 50 countries.

Ayman and his familly were all very welcoming and helpfull. They prepared dinner for us and helped us with all we need. The flat is large, so it can easily accomodate 6 people. We stayed with to kids and they had plenty of space to run around. There is a small bakery next door. Petra visitor centre or the back gate are 10 minutes away by car. Car can be parked in front of the flat.

Great place to stay. The cabin is big. You can choose a cabin with and without window. 3 girls in one cabin and still was enough place to breathe. It's clean, staff is really nice (they even offered us one more cabin for free as we were in 3) The bathroom is clean, which is really important to me. The common room is nice, with such an amazing sunset view. The food was also good. Nothing to say more ...that is 5 min walk from the Petra visitor center.
