Nice villa located in a quite place,not far from the beach ,beautiful garden,safe for children,during stay you can see many different animals.Owners are very good and hospitable people live in the neighbor house and always ready to assist you if you anything need,hope will come here again

Lovely hotel with caring staff. The hotel is located in a very romantic place - on the shore of a lake. The access to the lake is subtle and surrounded by greenery. There is an opportunity to go kayaking, which we took advantage of. While paddling a decent distance from the shore, my partner lost balance and flipped over on a single kayak. It was not dangerous at all since the lake is shallow, and we were equipped with life jackets. We were amazed that within 4-5 minutes after one of the two kayaks flipped, the hotel staff, in the form of rescuers, were already sailing towards us on a small barge. It was so pleasant. The hotel workers are extremely responsible, caring, and friendly. Our absence during the night (when we were at a party) was also noticed, and the hotel staff wrote to us, discreetly checking if everything was okay with us. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was perfectly clean, the bedding was soft and of high quality, there was an extensive range of toiletries, well-maintained grounds, a clean swimming pool, and delicious food. This is one of the best places we stayed during our month-long trip around the island.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and has air conditioning, fridge, mosquito net, hair dryer and shampoo. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, same to the city on the main street. It's about half an hour to coconut tree hill. The host communicated with us via Booking and responded quickly, when we needed a ride in heavy rain to the center of the main street (around the corner basically), he took us by tuktuk free of charge. Our host recommended a company for a whale watching trip. The host lent us a spoon when we bought yoghurt at the accommodation and didn't realise we didn't have cutlery. Breakfast was big and tasty. Great value for the price, helpful host, very nice and clean accomodation. Good wifi.

Very nice staff, especially the father who was always cheerful and did everything he could to ensure that we had a good time at all times. Was shown a beach (not secret beach) on which we were completely alone. Beautiful view (and sunset) and good Sri Lankan breakfast.

Beautiful place 5 minutes walk from the beach (and the beach is absolutely beautiful). Room was clean and comfortable. Irischa looked after us very well. Loved our time here and will stay again in the future.

The hosts are so considerate and lovely (I can't emphasize enough on that), it truly felt like being at home. The breakfast is great but the coffee was my favorite. Would come back if I get the chance. It is only a 5-6 mins walk from the beach and is in an actually a very nice residential area.
