Our stay at Peacock was amazing. The view from the restaurant was directly at the elephants, it was a very nice experience. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, they also helped us to arrange a taxi to our next destination and drove us free with their tuktuk.

We stayed in Mawanella at Mystay for just one night, however we wish we could stay longer! A spacious, comfortable room with multiple areas in the room and outside to relax. Friendly, accommodating host family, made us delicious food, and showed us around town.

What a family, and what a place! As a couple we have travelled quite extensively and can honestly say: never have we been treated with such great hospitality. From tour guiding and cooking to being great company and exceptional hosts; Anushka and his family checks all the boxes. The room is cosy and clean, and you can feel the effort that has been put into the place. 11/10 ⭐ from us.

A little bit outside the hustle of kandy in a lovely quuet area,the host is amazingly helpfull and went above and beÿond to help us. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms and house have a lovely vibe. Highly recommend as a tranquil little reststop betqeen travels .

A lovey 7 night stay in Goddess. The property is just outside Kandy but the owner Gayá will help arrange a Tuk Tuk which is roughly 1000 rp (£2.50) each way. Gaya recommend some things todo during our stay such as the Elephant freedom project (£35pp 1 hour drive) the royal botanic gardens (£5 pp 15 minute drive) and visit the new tea factory (Free, 15 minute walk). There is an outdoor pool which we used two days in the hot weather. The hotel is very clean and the toiletries provided were very good quality. There is not much local in terms of food but Gaya cooked us a lovely homemade dinner one night and there is a Pizza Hut near by which can also deliver. Great stay, thanks again Gaya x

Had an amazing one-night stay.The room was clean,cozy and well furnished with a big TV.Washroom was spotless with good water pressure.Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.The meal provided was fresh and tasty.Staff were friendly and helpful.Quiet location,safe environment. The property and room are as described. I found that it met my needs.The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I slept well. It was possible to rest and relax at this accommodation. The location is truly spectacular, such a beautiful part of the world. I experienced the owner as kind, friendly, and a person of integrity. I was also offered a lot of helpful information about interesting places to visit in the local area. I felt very much at ease and twice extended my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Haven and hope to return in the future.
