A perfectly located apartment. Practically on the beach. 20 minutes walk from the center of the city on an amazing seaside road. Even very closer to the beach. There was a parking space for us, which is vital in Kotor, especially where the apartment is located. Supermarket also in the nearby. The apartment itself is the same as in the photos and the rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay.

The beach is just a few steps away. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully renovated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Everywhere is perfectly clean. The hosts were nothing short of amazing, welcoming us with open arms and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their local tips, tasty food and friendly chats added a personal touch to our experiences. As we approached the villa, we were taken aback by the stunning view of the serene Boka Bay that unfolded before us. The villa, though newly built and modern, has an authentic Montenegrin charm. Each morning, we were greeted with a coffee and a picturesque view. Compared to crowded Kotor that is 15 minutes away by car, the villa is a place of tranquility and hospitality that left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to return!

We reserved mountain view room and have been upgraded to sea view one, which was large and comfortable, including also a nice balcony. Breakfast was the best we got in Montenegro. Free buffet, then surprising free menu, siting on a large veranda.

    The apartment is a Little cottage on the hill over Kotor. There is free parking. We can easily comunicate with the Kind owners (they live in the house beside). The apartment is enough big, there is a little garden outside and a little space with chairs ti enjoy the nice view. There are dishwasher, washing machine and a complete kitcken. It is pet friendly (but it needs to pay 10 euros for the dog). Good ratio quality/price.

    Location is excellent. You can sit outside and look at the sea all day long. Also it is in shade for the hottest part of the day, until 2 pm. Beach is steps away. There are few restaurants near by and so are the shops. It is pet friendly, so we could take our dog.
