From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The most chill place ever. Location is beautiful, loved looking at the view all day long. They also offer very tasty food and help you organise trips/safari. Staff is very kind and polite. The perfect chill-out place in Sauraha.

Great guesthouse. Comfortable rooms, excellent location far enough from the noise of the main street but close enough to walk to the all conveniences within 10 minutes. Nice sunny garden to chill. Free bikes are big bonus as well as communal kitchen. After 2 months of rice and noodles it is nice to cook some comfort food for ourselves. The owners family is very welcoming and accommodating. They can organise all types of tours around the park also.

We were made most welcome. Raj really was amazing, He couldn't do enough for us and made our trip to Chitwan the best it possibly could be. We chose this place as a result of the many comments about how amazing Raj was. We were not disappointed.

Everything! My room was in a tree house (all of them are), so when going there you should expect insects and some weird noises at night ;) but this is part of the experience! Susu the host and his friends were awesome! The food they prepared was extremely tasty from the curries, to the dalbat, to the various breakfasts. At night we would sit all together and play guitar, sipping on some beers while preparing the next day's schedule. Susu also arranged pick-ups from and to the bus station, prepared all the logistics for the Chitwan hike in the jungle (provided the permits, transportation, lunch, and the two guides needed, in addition to giving us some tips). He also prepared a tour of the village, took us to the local museum, and we walked around the river and saw some rhinos, deers, crocodiles, snakes, and boars during sunset (that was even before the jungle)! The atmosphere was extremely chill, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

beautiful grounds that were well kept. Very good service. Pool was a nice place to unwind at and for a dip in the middle of the day when it got warm.

I truly couldn’t have had a better time at Tiger Den, I was made to feel like a part of the family. They all went above and beyond to integrate me into the town and culture. Ram organised the guided walks and night tower and transport for me so my time there so so easy and magical! You may even see a rhino walking down the street beside the hotel! I was so lucky to have found this gem of a place, I highly recommend.
