On the other, you can look out over a sea of green hills, dotted with bright little villages that twinkle like stars at night. Being able to spend time with the local people was a special treat. I got to join them in daily tasks like gathering leaves for their animals, cooking yummy local food, and even making homemade yogurt. It felt more like a fun day out with friends, rather than work. The homestay organized fun trips to a nearby waterfall and river, as well as tours around the village. We also had lots of fun engaging with the kids of the village. What I loved most about the homestay is the family that runs it. They are so warm and welcoming, it feels like you've known them for ages. Their three-bedroom house is comfy and cozy. Barang Village Homestays is a lovely place to take a break and experience the simple beauty of everyday life. I'm so grateful for the time I spent there and the wonderful memories I made. Club ES earned my exceptional rating during my 6-day Nepal tour, standing out as the best place I stayed. Nestled in the remote village of Kaskikot, a one hour drive from the bustling Pokhara city (They also provide Pickup & Drop Service), this small resort, managed by the only Sherpa family in the area, provided an unforgettable one-night and two-day experience. The owner, a seasoned mountain guide who has summited Everest and Annapurna I, adds a unique touch. While our expectations for facilities were modest, we were pleasantly surprised to find almost all essentials, including hot showers, an electric kettle, soap, room heater, and complimentary tea and coffee. The cozy rooms, situated in Tibetan-style huts, offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas. Having trekked in the region before, I can vouch for the uniqueness of this vista. What sets Club ES apart is its authenticity; the family operates the resort entirely by themselves, creating a homely atmosphere. The absence of outside staff enhances the genuine experience. Even their pet dog, Pappu, contributes to the welcoming ambiance. The fresh, garden-sourced vegetarian meals surpassed our expectations. While there's no TV in the rooms & trust me you don't need a TV, well-built hiking routes from the resort provide great options for early-morning hikes.

Amazing stay in the lodge, hosts were super friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and truly enjoyed our every minute - the accommodation, the food and overall experience.

So beautiful place! Located at peace and calm vilage in mountain. Very friendly homeowner. If not cloudy , there is amazing view on mountains around. Also very tasty home organic food. Definitely i will come back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Annapurna Eco Village during my recent travels to Nepal and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Nestled in the heart of the mountais this family-owned hotel is a testament to the region rich culture and heritage. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and hospitable, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped inside. They were always on hand to offer suggestions for places to visit. One of the standout features of this hotel was undoubtedly the food - it was simply amazing! Every meal was freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients and bursting with flavor. Whether it was the hearty breakfasts or the delicious dinners, I always looked forward to mealtime. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities that made my stay more enjoyable. The communal areas were also great, providing the perfect opportunities to meet and connect with other travelers from around the world. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel that offers the perfect blend of excellent hospitality, homemade food, and a genuine family atmosphere, then the Eco Village is definitely the place for you.
