We had a warm welcome and the view ist just awesome! Different breakfast with homemade jams was served every day. The cabin was nice too. Highly recommended!! There is also a little shop in the village and a good restaurant nearby catering for everything you need.

We loved absolutely everything there. It is on a perfect spot, in a lovely village close to an amazing surf spot. Spacious and very well equipped. From the first day we felt home. Incredibly beautiful accommodation right in the heart of jungle. Amazing views and delicious local food served in the restaurant. We were also helped to organise a tour with a guide in Obo park starting from Jardim Botanico. All in all, I would surely stay again in Roça Saudade

Excellent hotel - spotlessly clean, fantastic location super close to ST city center and beaches, excellent staff, they really did everything to make you feel happy and welcome, nice new rooms with decent view and inviting chill out area with pool and palm trees. Perfect ending to our vacation and a real treat after days in places without water or electricity.

This is the perfect place to chill and be completely connected with nature and the beach. The house is big and nice, with a "private beach" just few steps down from the house. We stayed in a big room with private bathroom. The way to get there is complicated due to the rocky road, but the owners take you from and to the airport with a specific car for that kind of roads; also, they already have a plan to renew the road that will start during the first months of 2024, so that will be no problem anymore :) There is a guard during the night and the owners are very flexible with the transport, they are all super nice. To make the experience even better, we found 5 puppies from one of the two dogs that apparently live in the surroundings of the house, which was just perfect. We will be back!
