First and foremost a fantastic host in Muhammad and our driver Steve. Always on the offer side if we wanted a service in the form of ordering, for example, a taxi boat etc. The villa (Gardenia Villa) has an absolutely unique location and view, and the surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful. Monkey Flower gives you a separate phone, where both can be reached very quickly. Steve was a very pleasant, kind and service minded man, who drove us wherever we wanted at any time. Big plus for him! The villa was as expected if not better, and the cleanliness was absolutely excellent every day. The road up to the villa is somewhat steep, and may seem scary to some, but Steve was such a fantastic driver that after a few days we didn't think anything of it. We would love to come back, and would recommend this place to everyone!

This place is amazing. If you like being surrounded by nature than you should stay at The Lighthouse. The views are breathtaking, Curtis is great a host and the overall atmosphere at this accommodation is perfect. Keep going Curtis! Perfect Island Getaway – Stunning Views & Incredible Hosts! 🌴✨ I can’t recommend Villa Mar highly enough! Located on the peaceful southern end of Koh Tao, this villa feels like a private slice of paradise — far enough from the crowds to truly unwind, yet still close enough to great beaches and restaurants. The views are absolutely breathtaking — every morning we woke up to sweeping ocean panoramas that looked straight out of a postcard. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure magic. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. What really made our experience special were the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and always being just a message away. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home.

Good looking property with a good taste in design and attention to detail. Privacy, beautiful view from the lodge and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and free fruits from the garden were left hanging on our door in the morning. The property is located on a hill giving it a peaceful vibe. We rented a motorbike which made moving on the island way easier, but the location was overall good!
