Beautiful Victorian guesthouse that gave our kids an education on what homes were like a century ago. Terrific breakfast and welcoming proprietors. Quiet, peaceful night’s sleep

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and free evening popcorn plentiful. The dining room had all the necessary condiments right on the table. Staff was very attentive, whisking dishes away as soon as guests finished and carefully cleaning up when the tables vacated.

The location is beautiful, the house itself is a monument, it is incredibly well decorated, you’re transported in the mid-18th century, the personnel is great and very welcoming. We loved the cheese and wine hour and breakfast was plenty and included. Parking was also easy.
