Beautiful looking hotel with chalets to match, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower hot, it's situated at the far end of town so you don't get the traffic noise but there are plenty of food outlets nearby. Breakfast is a simple affair but it was filling so it was good enough for us.

Great location, friendly and professional front desk, room was clean and well organized. The coffee and tea set was even nicer than the one at a famous 3-star resort hotel in Shasta where we stayed before. Trains run at midnight and early in the morning, so if you are sensitive to noise, it's better to know in advance (they provide earplugs).

Famed for its architecture, Inn at Mount Shasta is 12 minutes' to Mt. Shasta, 20 minutes' drive from Mt Shasta Ski Park and 10 minutes' drive to Lake Siskiyou. The entire property is non-smoking.

Upgraded to a "family room" with separate King bed room, and room with 2 Queen beds (though I only needed 1 bed)! Lovely room. Comfortable bed. $25 pet fee (reasonable). Electronic locks. Helpful staff even with check-in past 11pm.

Great location, super close to the Ski Park, beautiful view of the mountain, hot tub is perfect after a big day of snow activities, staff were helpful with any needs, continental breakfast had a great variety, soap in the shower smelled amazing.

Everything was just perfect. Very friendly personal at the reception, we’ve got a beautiful Suite with Mountain View perfect for a Family trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location.

We stayed in a cabin and it was great to have the extra room and fireplace. We could also park right in front our door, which is nice when it is cold outside. Hotel is a short drive to downtown, but Harvest Restaurant in the property is a quite good option. I specially enjoyed the pasta with duck ragu... My wife forgot her phone in the room and hotel called us on it.

Fred and Mary were great hosts and went above and beyond for us! It was far too hot to use the sauna but we loved the outdoor area with the amazing mountain view, and it was great to have access to Netflix as we cooled down at night. They also put the aircon on in advance which we were v grateful for.

The hosts were simply perfect in every way. It really felt like home. The property is so quaint and peaceful, with a perfect view of Mount Shasta from the porch. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts did everything to make us feel at home. We wished we could have stayed longer.

I’m checking the staff were absolutely great. The room was large, spacious and clean, loads of cool bits, decorative and functional. The mountain bike is in skiers nice peaceful setting really pleased with it.
