Everything. The host picked us up from the border, took us in town to book some activities and do some shopping. The house is lovely with a great garden around. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the basic things a kitchen should have. Lounge room is great. The host was always available to take us places if needed (for a fee). The location is walking distance from everything as Victoria Falls is a small town.

Bayete Lodge was a great stop for our trip to Zimbabwe and it's in a good location. All the staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful. The food was fantastic. Breakfast was opened earlier than scheduled on several mornings when guests had early pick ups and they vary the hot specials offered every other day which was nice. We also had dinner at the hotel which was very good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Thoroughly recommend it.

The place was very homey and felt very lived-in and yet very tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely. The welcome drinks and amenities added were appreciated. The wifi was very strong and helped some of our group get some work done. There was even a wide variety of board games to help us through the night.
