Second time we come there, staff pleasant, facilities in really good condition and espectacular breakfast! Also fast charging in the front of hotel, as week a good supermarket and amazing Italian restaurant below.

Most rooms have a balcony. A big traditional room with convenient facilities. Quiet location, a bit off the very center of town. Achensee attractions are very close. Tasty dinner with salad/sweet bar, soup and the main dish, and buffet breakfast. Hotel bar is working late if you want a glass of beer on the terrace.

The 3,000 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views, various massage showers, and a large hot tub right above the lake. The room with a lake view is a real gem, the hotel location is like from a fairyrale. Very good breakfast, excellent swimmingpool area.

The staff was extremely nice and the spa was great! The rooms are completely new and the breakfast was very good. We would be happy to come back at any time!

The cabin is awesome, the best sleep I got in Austria! The bathroom and showers are very nice, the heating in the cabin works great. The restaurant is beautiful and very good. They have a small shop where you can purchase milk and groceries for the day.

We discovered this hotel and its location completely by chance — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The entire setting is beautifully designed, with attention paid to every detail. Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!
