We arrived very late at night but the owner was waiting for us, helped with suitcases and explained everything. He was also ok with us staying a little bit longer on the day of departure as our train was later than the check-out. The location of the apartment is also very good and the shops are very close. We had a really nice, lovely stay in Klagenfurt, and if we ever come back, we would like to use the same place.

Everything works fine and hassle-free. As far as we could tell, all apartments at least partially face away from the busy street, towards a small park/greens. All apartments have a nice-sized balcony. Garage in the building (extra fee but affordable). Staff very nice, flexible and accomodating - thank you!
