A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

Great resort, perfectly located for all kind of activities (e.g. hiking trail can directly entered from the hotel site) and super friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again!

Offering on-site dining and an indoor pool, this hotel is located inside of the Vancouver International Airport. Guests can the on-site spa and fitness centre. A cable TV is included in each guest room. I like it a lot. A bit pricey but it is a proper 5 star hotel. Really nice and professional staff. The best choice if you have a long wait to transit at Vancouver airport.

EV charging stations are also available on a first-come first-serve basis in our underground parking area. Great location in Victoria, walkable to the Inner Harbour and Downtown, lovely cosy room with a balcony and kitchenette, 2 spacious bathrooms. Easy parking (parkade with gate) and most importantly - pet-friendly! There was even a little bag of pet treats provided :)

Located next to the hotel. We will be delighted to offer you a complimentary full access guest pass, please visit the Front Desk to obtain your passes. Guests must be 15 years of age or older to use the facilities. Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe. The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too. House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese. This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before. In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown! I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!

Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and ski storage space. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was great, loved the onsite restaurant, good location. We unfortunately didn’t have the time to try out the facilities

Private parking is available on site. Loved the place! It was our 7th time visiting Vancouver. So we've stayed at a lot of places in the past and can compare. Absolutely loved the Smithe House. Everything at the room/apartment is very well thought out, you have everything you need (*even umbrellas for the rainy Vancouver!). The staff is extremely helpful and nice, they were always available if we needed any help or support. So definitely happy with the stay 10/10.
