We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

Most rooms offers views of the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church and the Weinmarkt square. We got the room with river view + balcony. Great view, lots of amenities provided (or available per request), room was big enough and clean. If u have a balcony, suggest to call for room service at least for breakfast, so worth it.

So impressed with the entire hotel, lovely staff, warm and comfortable room and so spacious! Delicious four course dinner and so many options for breakfast. Can’t wait to stay again!
