Stylish and comfortable, with great staff, great bar and great kitchen. I had a beautiful double room with cosy terrace and excellent bed for a great sleep. Service and ambience this house offers is well above official three stars. Bedore choosing this stay I have read some reviews from other travellers, property matches them all by far. I'll be back!

Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Everything! The location - the ski school and the meet point, and the ski area was just at the front door of this hotel. The big party started at about 9:30am every morning and ended at about 4:30pm, and it came back to be quiet and peaceful. The room - the three-bedroom apartment was big and relaxing; views were amazing throughout windows and the large balcony. the kids loved this apartment. The staffs - hospitable, nice and helpful. Especially the front desk lady (I think her name is Martina), she was so kind and gave us so much help and information! The foods - all the foods we’ve tried in the hotel restaurant were delicious. A lot choices for breakfast and they had a little different menu every day; dinners were also amazing. The facilities - I really enjoyed their sauna room (with two goats next door lol) and the massage services. The place was new, clean, relaxing and private.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.
