Our room was very spacious and equipped with all the comforts we expected, making our stay extremely pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. One instance that truly stood out was when my son forgot his favorite toy in our room after we had already left the hotel and even the country. The staff not only found the toy but also shipped it back to us in Poland. Seeing my son's joy when he was reunited with his beloved toy was priceless. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dresden!

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. This apartment was a wonderful base for our all too brief 3 night stay. The apartment is large, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plus it had a balcony! The location on a quiet street overlooking the park but just steps away from the centre of town and the Kirnitzschtalbahn is hard to beat. Communications with the host were friendly and helpful.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of city, VIA`s Appartements und Ferienwohnungen is an apartment set in a historic building in Görlitz, 200 metres from Historic Karstadt. Complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable accommodation in Görlitz. The check-in process was seamless, with the key card conveniently located in a key box upon arrival. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed. Situated right next to the historic centre of Görlitz, the location was ideal for exploring the city. While there is no on-site parking, a public parking facility is available just across the street at a reasonable rate of €10 for 24 hours. Although we opted to explore the city during breakfast hours, the offerings looked appealing during our check-out. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Görlitz.

The position of the hotel, beautiful, large room, which was cool, during the hot weather period.

Each of the rooms at Hotel Via Regia - VIAs-Hotels comes equipped with a seating area and a private bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.
