Located in Tallinn’s tallest building, Swissôtel’s rooms feature a modern décor and a safety deposit box. Most offer a view of the hotel’s surroundings, such as the Medieval Old Town and the Gulf of Finland. Big room, very clear, and staff was super friendly and supportive. Solved all our requests. Beautiful spa, decent pool and not crowded (stayed in November mon-wed).

Very helpful, very friendly, and really helpful when I spontaneously needed to change my booking due to some complications. Also, I got many tips about sites to visit in Tallin, supermarkets, guided tours, etc. The facilities are very nice,I had there everything I needed, not to mention that the interior is very pretty and cosy. I already recommended it to friends, and it's where I will stay when I come back to Tallinn.

Small gestures like asking “How are you?” or “How was your day?” brought a personal touch that is rare to find. The food was another highlight. Each dish was fresh, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care and passion. It felt like dining at a place where the kitchen takes pride in every plate served. The location couldn’t be better: only a 2-minute walk to the sea and 5–10 minutes to the lovely old town. Perfect for anyone who loves exploring on foot. Even the airport is close enough — just 15–20 minutes by car — which made my arrival and departure stress-free. I left with a big smile and wonderful memories.
