They helped us with absolutely everything we needed.

Also, there was a lot less noise (honking from cars, music blasting, screaming) than in any other hotel we stayed at during our 2,5 weeks in Egypt, including some fancy way more expensive places. The location is convenient, just 15 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Highly recommended.
