Shazzly provided us with refreshments when we arrived, whilst we had the best experience on the furnicular with Abdur Rahman whom is a true gentleman. My husband and I were treated with so much of respect from all of the golf cart boys whom were always happy to take us around.Agmad at concierge desk was so friendly and Mr Mahdi at the restaurant was excellent to each guest. All the chefs in the live station at both restaurants fro breakfasts were certainly so attentive and adhered to all of our needs
