It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including access to the property via a locked gate. Staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The host was also very responsive and accommodating.

Room was large and clean, only a short walk to a lovely beach and good restaurants. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

We had the best holiday of our lives at Terracotta Boutique Beach Studios and everything was perfect! It was a beautifully decorated studio, the bathroom was also very nice with a lovely shower. The view is fantastic and never boring. It was wonderfully relaxing to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves in the background. We also liked that you can sit at the front or back of the studio, so you have the choice of sitting in the sun or shade. And last but not least, Maria the hostess is the sweetest and warmest hostess I have met, not to mention the cleaning lady from whom we received a gift upon departure. We immediately booked for next year, twice this time.

We have travelled to many Greek islands and stayed at many different accommodations. We're used to most Greek accommodations -within a reasonable price range for family holidays- not having high level finishing standards (think: sanitary facilities, bedding, kitchen, overall clean, pool, garden, air conditioning, Wifi, lighting etc.). Elies was a big pleasant surprise to us. They show that it is possible to enjoy a high standard finished accommodation within a reasonable price range (hope they will try to keep it within this price range). Another example of their attention to detail, was the included breakfast. This was a big surprise to us as we did not expect this. The chef and manager Johannes did their best everyday to provide us with a wonderful breakfast experience at the pool terrace. Also, a special mention for all personnel. Owner Jannis managed to assemble a great team of wonderful people (Christina, Sophia, Johannes, the chef and the two cleaning ladies) that go far to make sure your stay is pleasant. Thank you again! We had the ground floor suite which was perfect. Spacious, large and comfortable patio space, clever decor, amazing host.

Prime Location: Located 68 km from Mytilene International Airport, the holiday home is a 5-minute walk from Molivos Beach. Nearby attractions include Panagia tis Gorgonas (14.3 km) and Molivos Beach (5-minute walk). Love the location and is close to the harbour, shops and local wonderful restaurants. Has a nice view of the harbor. Beds are super comfy, the AC works great, and the layout of the apt is perfect. The apt manager meets you when you arrive and is very attentive to your needs, ensuring your stay is perfect. Look forward to coming back again next year.

This is very good value for money accommodation. The owner Christos is very kind and helpful. He stored our bags until giving us an early check in which was much appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and spoke very good English. The unit was well equipped roomy and clean. We enjoyed the 10 min walk to the beach, town centre and open air cinema as preferred the tranquility of our garden terrace outside the busy centre. Totally recommend.
