Vegan meals vere very tasty, although the dinner portions could be bigger for some of us who need some extra calories at the end of the day after all the nice activities in a beautiful nature of Semuc. Good thing is that they do offer nice snacks and desserts tu suplement your diet. if you're visiting Semuc Champey i can definitely recommend extending your stay for a few days so you can relax and enjoy in this magical environment.
