The check in was smooth and they gave us the room earlier than expected staff were very professional and helpful. Also we got the parking complimentary as i think ut should be when booking a 4 star hotel. Ut was a really good stay we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

The hotel features an indoor pool, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed at Grand View Hotel in the end of season and we loved our stay. Everything was in great condition, quite new and fresh plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. They will simply help you with no fuss or complications. You can see they themselves are happy at the hotel enjoying their work. Many thanks to the reception team Maria and Jakov who helped us and also were so kind to show us the gorgeous panoramic views from the 5th floor. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Angela, Natasha and Lazar for their kind energy and friendliness. Your kind attention to details and friendliness really made us feel at home.
