View from the hotel (front side) is beautiful. This location is great for exploring the north part of Iceland, around Myvatn lake and part of east part of the island.

Really liked the touch of putting your name on a list on check-in to have a wake up call when the northern lights were active. Amazing views of the northern lights and very good value for money. Breakfast was lovely, great variety, something for everyone.

The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. What was there not to like!! The house was amazing, the views were the best we've seen. The hosts were thoughtful with leaving a bottle of Champagne for our group. The hot tub was amazing and easy to use. The hiking around the property was awesome. The sheep are not allowed in the area so they are free of poop! The fridge has a freezer!!

Facilities - it’s a beautifully stylish little cottage on the edge of the lake. The sheep graze nearby and the birds are sitting on their nests. The apartment is extremely well furnished and has everything you need. Was a wonderful 3 nights there

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Modern and beautiful decor. Comfortable dining/living area. After I booked, I found out that the guesthouse offers breakfast during summer months, which was a big bonus. Breakfast had good varieties of choices and yummy. We did not use sauna/hot tub but it looked awesome- having beautiful views.

With a terrace, the property also features a shared lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen. New building. Spacious common area and large sparkling modern kitchen. Including washer/ drier so you can do laundry while preparing a meal. Ready for a large group. Large bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom opens to a deck. There may be a view. All we saw was snow and fog/ cloud. Iceland was having a late winter to mid-April.

Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. Such a cute house and room! Room was big and bed was comfy. The husband and wife owning this guesthouse were absolutely wonderful! We recieved an amazing breakfast with homemade fresh bread. Got to say hi to the cute dogs of the farm as well. Would highly reccomend!

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality by the hosts, whose genuine friendliness made us feel at home right from the start.
 Not only was the accommodation impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, but the added bonus of a geothermal hot tub outside provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. 
 And then comes the exceptional breakfast. Featuring local and home made specialties left our taste buds craving and dreaming for more up to this day. We even had a chance to share life stories with hosts and talk insights about Iceland over a breakfast and that truly touched our hearts. It actually became one of the highlights of our whole trip in Iceland.
