The staff made us feel very welcome and we were upgraded at no extra cost to a suite. The location is perfect - very central (a few minutes walk to the main piazza) but on a lovely quiet street. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would give 10 out of 10 for this beautiful, authentic, friendly hotel.

The staff was very polite and welcoming, friendly and always smiling! The service is wonderful, you feel very much at home at this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!
