Unit is very well maintained and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Unit is nice and spacious, with a wonderful view from the bathtub and balcony. Perfect for those looking for a great photo op. On top of that, the staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. We had accidentally left the keys at a restaurant while we were out, messaged the host at 3AM, and got a response almost instantaneously. Matthew came down in less than 15 minutes to give us a spare key to our door. The breakfast they provided was also to our liking! Many options to choose from, suitable for those with families with varying taste buds. All in all, the stay I had at The Pureloft Suites was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the KLCC area.

The location is super convenient — right next to TRX and the MRT, and very close to Pavilion. We stayed on a high floor with a beautiful view, and the place was very clean. They provided so many free and thoughtful services, giving us plenty of wonderful surprises. My friend chose another type of room they offer, and she couldn’t stop praising it, saying it was great value for money. I will definitely come back here again. The facilities are excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there’s even a small convenience store downstairs. Absolutely amazing!

The complex also does have few restaurants, mostly indian as its in the indian quarter so its understandable, but you can get very quickly some food if you need. Also a lot of restaurants are around in walking distance as its located in brieckfield, incl. the KL sentral shopping mall and also the monorail and red metro line connection plus the KLIA express airport connection.
