The host made us feel very welcome, he was super attentive, we had special breakfast cereals and toys for the kids, yummy bread and fruit as a welcome gift. We even got seeds from his delicious smelling snail-flower. Very spacious accommodation with lots of attention to details. Nice, private outdoor area for relaxing and bbq. We will definitely use this as our base when we go back to Taupo! Thanks, Laurie for making this stay exceptional.

Great views into the landscaping. Very nice friendly host. Autstanding breakfast in a beautiful room environment which h gives you a kind of ,Lord and Lady, feeling.. A must stay recommendation.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Havelock North, Cottages On St Andrews is a holiday home surrounded by views of the garden. The property features an outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath and parking on-site among other facilities. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home provides mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We traveled all over the north island. This was by far our favorite place to stay. The host was kind and flexible. The cottage was cozy. The animals were a peaceful and wonderful addition. Highly recommended!!!

This recently renovated holiday home is located 18 km from McLean Park and 19 km from Pania of the Reef Statue. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Our stay was impeccable, we wished we had booked more than 2 nights! Janiene and David were excellent hosts who had thought of everything and were so accomodating in giving us a tour around the property and the beautiful historical home. The kitchen was more than equipped for staying in and cooking, the additional touches (speakers for music, lawn games, wool blankets in the al fresco area, coffee machine, umbrellas by the door) did not go unnoticed. This is the perfect country escape. We would highly recommend the local cycling wine tours in the area, but also make sure you book an extra night or two to enjoy this beautiful property on its own!
