Its a restored ancient house overlooking the green palm groves and situated at the top of the house the famous Rogan Castle built more than 1500 years ago. Perfect location! Beautiful building! Most hospitable owner! We even got a room with a terrace, because we were on our honeymoon ❤️ The tour through the family museum was super enlightening and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! We came here through recommendation and would always recommend it again!

The location is ideal - in the old town, with Nizwa Fort only a 3-5 minute walk away and the Souq a 5-8 minute walk away. The building has terrace access with a panoramic view of Nizwa Fort and the city wall. The room comes with a refrigerator and water and plenty of power outlets. Also, very importantly, the air conditioning was very strong. Breakfast is at the nearby Niz Cafe and was very good (traditional Omani meal). Shukran, Adnan, and team for a great stay!
