This place is excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Motorcycle hire is also available on site and at very reasonable price. This place is probably one of the best I have ever experienced in the Philippines. The views, the place and the rooms were great, but the best of it was how welcoming the team was. We felt like we were visiting a family member. From the very beginning they picked us up from the airport, they helped us and explained everything in a very personal way. We had an array of transportation possibilities facilitated by the team. The rooms and the facilities were all properly clean and they were well equipped to cover for all needs. The breakfast was simply the best we have had so far around the country. It was big, it was tasty and nicely presented. Overall it was an amazing experience and we are so thankful for the treatment we received.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. it is really a good value for money. the area is not isolated and just around the island’s circumferential road so it is very easy to commute or move around the island. despite that, the nature vibes and homey feels are there. i had a really comfortable stay, the room was spacious and breezy. they have a resident corgi and a resident cat --- they’re cute and greet me every time. see you again soon, sir exzur! 🤍

Location wise, it would be nice if breakfast is available which wad suggested to the staff at the reception. If the purpose of the visit is in relation to the Lanzones Festival, the location is not bad. But outside of the festival, the location is not ideal as most of the attractions are on the opposite end.

The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The bungalow was spacious and quiet. Paco's is a short ride out of town in a tranquil neighborhood. The room was very large with everything we needed in order to cook. We were also given a large water cooler upon check in. The shower got quite hot and the bathroom was fairly large. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. They were able to get our laundry done in a reasonable amount of time. A motorbike was available to us at check in, which was great to pop into town for dinner after the long ferry. Paco even picked us up from the ferry and told us about some good spots around the island to visit.
