The room/apartment was fabulous, clean and ideal for a family as it was a large sized apartment. The beds were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom facilities in each room were immacuate. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were so freindly and helpful each morning.. Location is excellent in Makati. The pool was lovely and the poolside bar was nice. I have to say all of the hotel staff were amazing, professional, and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Especially the concierge and the front desk staff who were extremely helpful.

Airport pick-up was a big plus and having a motorcycle ready made getting around so easy. Even with the glamping-style setup, the room had a good working AC and reliable internet, which made it extra comfortable. And the breakfast—wow, the servings were really generous. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Value for money compare to other hotels plus free parking. Cleanliness was good i never see or smell any old garbage. Staff all were so friendly and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful Taal lake view that you can see from your room and balcony. I highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here again when we come back in few months.
