At the hotel, all rooms are equipped with a desk. The lovely family who hosted us were extremely helpful and welcoming. They offered us hot tea and fruit every time we came by reception. They also dropped us off at the bus station in the early morning as taxis are often hard to come by. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all!

And it has hot shower! • Room is air conditioned, has electric fan, tv, has cabinet with huge space, a table, a chair, blower, tea, electric kettle, bottled water, there’s also refill, and other things you may need • has laundry area • Let’s not forget how kind and helpful the OWNER and the STAFFS. There might be a language barrier but they try their best to to help and they have been really very helpful. They call drivers for you, guide you, walk you out if you’re lost, drive you, etc. • Location is perf! Just a few minutes from the market. It maybe near the market but still very quiet. • wifi is fast!

Great hospitality, owner speaks fluent english, an absolutely incredible host, kind and loving their guests. Would recommend to join for the family dinner, great buffet for a great value.

The Palm Ecolodge is a tranquil property up in the hills of Ha Giang away from the city buzz and heat. We had a lovely stay there, the views were absolutely stunning all around and there is a lot of greenery at the property, so the place really invites you to slow down and relax. The rooms were cute and cosy with wooden decor and the whole property had a lovely style. Pool was great and refreshing. We enjoyed delicios dinner at very ambient restaurant at the property. We stayed one night, but I would deffinititey recommend to stay two days to unwind before or after Ha Giang loop.

You can go for the loop ride with the homestay owner for a 3 days. I had time only for a short loop for a 2 days however it still was very beautiful ride. Delicious dinner with family. 100% recommended!
