We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. Everything was great. If you want sightseeing at the park and get the best advices how make it quickly, without crowds and best cost price you are welcome this hotel and those guys. We visited two days Avatar park, Glass bridge and Yellow dragon cave with private driver for only 300 usd for 3 persons. The only bad thing is that - due to the close location to the entrance of the park there was nowhere to go out in the evening but if you need to go to some shop or else they kindly provide a free help to take you to the village. The breakfast and dinners were also tasty with reasonable price. So in a word we highly recommend that hotel for visiting the park.

Magnificient views to the Valley and mountains, Sunset. Warm and clean pool. The staff were very accommodating, helping us with all kinds of things: providing vegetarian food, helping buy tickets to and dropping us off at the gate of the natural park, helping us plan the trip. What a splendid spot. Tucked right by the park entrance, it offers remarkable convenience without sacrificing an ounce of tranquillity. Waking up to those peaks each morning was rather special. I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!
