We got great support from the reception to book tours.
The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is excellent, the chef is very professional. The whole facility was very clean.
The manager and his family are very welcoming.

Czech RepublicOne of the best spot in Costarica, very sweet couple, they have about 9ha botanic garden with more 150 species of trees and tropical fruits. The tour is for free. We also saw a caimans, sloths, tucans. This is magical garden in the middle of nowhere. Exlusive cousine, very cosy bungalows and nice pool. Highly recomended!

Relaxed place in a nice setting. Small chalets in a well tended garden with a pool and monkeys in the trees. Fantastic for birding with tours on the river both in the early morning and in the afternoon. Many interesting spottings.

Beautiful property. Rooms nice and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the bird feeder that encouraged many birds to stop by, giving us a close look. The monkey families in the trees were fun to watch.

Loved it , beautiful gardens, lovely restaurant, super boat trips, fantastic staff, great swimming pool, fantastic monkeys. Food really lovely they even made me a rice pudding which was yummy yummy.

Taste breakfast. Great location! Helpful staff. The hotel arranged my 2 guided boat rides. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a swim in the clean, clear, cool pool. It was very refreshing. I will stay there again when I return to Caño Negro.

The setting of the lodge was just beautiful so many wonderful birds, trees and flowers.
Joseph at the Lodge was a perfect host, very knowledgeable about the surroundings and wildlife. Fabulous guy who looked after us for two days.
The pool area with the swim up bar was superb. Both afternoons we had the company of a family of monkeys passing through 🐒🐵 was unreal, just perfect.

The location is exceptional in terms of wildlife on the grounds and on the tour. We had a visit from a troop of monkeys and there were lots of small colourful birds. The staff were very good and helpful, and the 3 hour boat tour was perfect. The shower was also very nice. The pool was the best we've seen! Large, with a winding ramp to get in and built-in seating areas, with places in sun and shade. The bungalows have a nice porch for sitting.
