We loved this hotel. Huge room, gym facing the pool and pool facing the sea… what could we have asked more? Great breakfast! Staff were sooo helpful, friendly and smiley. Hotel smelled soooo good, we will come back :)

I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property.

We had the chance to stay 4 nights at Thalassa with our two children (Villa Ginseng). We absolutely loved exploring Manado and its surroundings and introducing the whole family to snorkeling in a breathtaking setting, all perfectly organized by the resort team. Everything was simply fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, the surroundings were stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious.
