An exceptional family gathering took place at an extraordinary location. The natural surroundings were fantastic. Despite some rain, the weather was great in February. The staff were friendly and responded kindly to any requests. The restaurant served delicious food; we particularly enjoyed the traditional and tasty breakfast. The view was magnificent, with greenery and flowers all around, making it an excellent spot for family photos.

Everything!! This was such a beautiful property with so much space and freedom. The views from the house are incredible the sunset was breathtaking. The house is so beautiful! Perfect for a group of friends - the outside kitchen is perfect and so well thought through. We loved our stay here. Wish we had stayed here even longer.

Absolutely a great experience. Although I booked a room just for myself I sure felt like I wasn’t alone at all - the staff is very embracing and sweet. They’re always walking around with a smile on their faces, very kind indeed. The Room was top notch - the design, the lighting, the facilities. It was very clean as well. The pool was really nice, especially the “Ladies-only” Saturdays - such great vibes! The Room service was perfect, the food was delicious! Well done, Chef! And last but not least - the registration staff - So kind, generous and sweet. Very professional and yet so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back in my next stay in Amman. Thank you!

Very good stay, excellent accommodation. It is important to note that the hotel staff and employees were perfectly fine and also with a smile on their faces.  It is important for me to mention a worker named Khaled and a worker named Raneem helped me in many critical things for me. It was an exceptional experience. My wife, our three kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Lijam Hotel, the 2 bedroom Suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Our suite had a connecting balcony too, which excited the kids, the living area also had a small balcony. It was located right in front of the local mosque so it was super convenient for us to wake up and walk to the mosque for early morning prayers (fajr). There were also a few cafe's and a small supermarket very close to the hotel (1 to 2 minutes walk). All of the staff, from the receptionists, the waitresses at the breakfast, to the security personnel, they were all super nice and friendly. If I understood correctly the hotel is still going through some construction work, so in the future there will also be a swimming pool and a gym which is going to be even fantastic. Parking was freely available around the hotel, in the public street but it is super safe in Jordan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Amman. Microwave in the suite was super useful. Wifi connection was super fast. Breakfast was good, with lots of options for everyone. Ideal location. Feedback for improvement: The locker in our room was locked and broken, in an unusable state, this must have been replaced. It will be great to have at least 2 or 4 Dishes (depending on the number of beds) and a few cutlery as it is a family suite, plenty of kitchen pantry cabinets but all of them were empty. The balcony was super dirty and the balcony furniture was unusable because it was not cleaned by the housekeeping staff, we know it was winter in Jordan but in the afternoon when the sun was out it was pleasant but we could not use them.
