The staff went beyond our expectations. They made sure we were always happy and felt comfortable. They organised trips for us, which were really nice. The food was tasty and the room clean. The staff members made us feel like we were family, overall I would really recommend this hotel.

Cannot recommend enough! Randoni Villa is super well located, just 15 min to airport. It’s a great spot, right next to the river, surrounding by lush trees and flowers with a great pool. The place is well looked after, rooms very clean, and the hosts are wonderful people- super welcoming, providing little details that make you feel really taken care of. The owner gave us lots of useful tips, and took care of us, while his wife and daughters served amazing home cooked meals.

I had such a wonderful stay at Sun Villa.. Everything was completely clean and well taken care of, which made it so comfortable. The privacy was 💯, so I could truly relax and unwind. The pool was amazing for lounging and enjoying some quiet time, and the food was really good. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Honestly, it was the perfect escape, and I can’t wait to come back....

We ended our trip on a high note in this beautiful villa. Sylvester and Sanju went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We truly enjoyed Sylvester’s delicious cooking, prepared with passion and love! The house is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool is pure bliss, facing the ocean — especially with the sunset in the evening. If you’re looking to relax in a beautiful setting with a fantastic team, don’t hesitate — go for it! The Ayuda Sanctuary met our needs fully. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning what wasn't a problem and we were so happy that somebody was waiting there for us with a glass of cold orange juice :) The staff is kind and very polite, high guarantee amazing service. Room was beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed and more. About the food I could write a book! It was made fresh for us everyday from beautiful ingredients. The fact we are vegan wasn't a problem at all. We had choice from short menu and we choose the time of breakfast and dinner. Last night our dinner was served at the beach with music and very romantic atmosphere.Thank you Hiroshima! Beautiful surprise! Huge respect for the chef and all the team. We treated ourselves with the full body massage, I will say that everyone should try it. I have no idea what was the warm oil blend but it was a feat for skin and sense of smell. If there will a possibility we will come back and we very much recommend it.

The owner of this property is incredible. She has tried to think of every little detail that a traveller may need and make them as comfortable as possible. While it may not be an idyllic location for the majority of your stay in Sri Lanka it is perfect for arrival or departure if you just want to relax before / after your journey. Maybe it would also be suitable for those spending more time in Columbo as it is only about 45 minutes from the city centre. The host has a caretaker who is amazing. He keeps the property in perfect condition. He also escorted us to the shared pool within the gated community and most surprisingly, after ordering food to be delivered, he set the table and actually plated up everything and served us in 5* standards. Once we were finished he cleared away the table so silently we didn’t even know he had been. 100% you must try to stay here when near Columbo.
