Stunning location. Very relaxing. All staff were really nice, particularly Teruo, who went with me snorkeling and on a nature walk and told me about the vegetation, birds and past and present of Palau. Food acceptable for the context.

From the moment I booked, the reservations team excelled, from arranging transfers and late check out, Kath even knew what time I needed to be at the airport for my return flight. Once I arrived was made feel a valued customer, always cheerful and asking if there is anything else I needed. Room was lovely, comfortable bed with a great view.

The resort offers a breathtaking lagoon view — easily the most stunning I’ve seen anywhere on the island. What made the experience even more special was the warm, personal touch. The breakfast is lovingly prepared by the team, and if you ask kindly, they’re happy to customize it to your taste. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff is absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The owner genuinely cares about the guests and is always ready to help with anything you might need. You can really feel that this resort is run with heart. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay in Palau, Island Paradise Resort is without a doubt the best choice. Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
