Our stay at Hamaya Home Hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional quality of their services. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is remarkable. The restaurant is a gem—each dish was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Their homemade lemonades were a refreshing delight, crafted to perfection. We stayed in the room with a view of the pool, which was absolutely stunning. The outdoor bathtub overlooking the pool was a luxurious touch, and the room itself was warm and inviting. A special mention goes to Susan, who made our experience even more extraordinary. She was not only helpful upon our arrival but consistently attentive throughout our stay. Her passion for her work truly shines, and it made us feel so welcome and cared for. Thank you, Hamaya Home Hotel, for an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to return!

The villa was absolutely breathtaking the location was tranquility and relaxing the host was absolutely amazing the best I have ever experienced in all of my travels anywhere...the pool was to die for at night time was so relaxed. The villa itself was so clean and comfortable had everything you would possibly need for any stay.I will be back here definitely as soon as I can and hope to bring my daughter's as it's a very family friendly place too I can see that...the best place,host and staff possible..I thank them all for an absolutely beautiful stay...

I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay at Amaya Retreat. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. I especially enjoyed the spa and the delicious meals at the restaurant. The highlight was the peaceful ambiance, making it easy to relax and unwind. My toddler son and I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Even though the airport was packed after many planes were suspended landing due to the bad weather, we easily got picked up by a friendly driver. I sent a message using WhatsApp after picking up my luggage, and immediately I got a reply from them. They gave me clear instructions and even sent a photo of the car which is supposed to pick us up! Luckily our room was upgraded so the room was gorgeous and kept clean. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I need accommodation for transit.

The exceptional kindness and friendliness of all people working there. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the owners were really helpful with information about Hanoi, travel, etc. The space is artistic, beautiful, and good fun. A lot of love has been put into creating the space. It is a nice distance from the noise of Hanoi, with walking tracks up to the local summit nearby. The accommodation is on the banks of a lovely lake, with sit on top kayaks available, amazing meals. Beautiful space, highly recommended.
