A real adventure! The Lodge is situated far away from the city, right at the shore of the Sambesi River. Extremely quiet and peaceful at night with a million stars above. But be careful: The hippos come out of the river at night and you better stay inside of your chalet. We were instructed that this would happen and at night they accompanied us from dinner to our chalets. Super friendly staff organized a tour to the Victoria falls and through the city of Livingstone.

Amazing location on the river, very peaceful and interesting - we enjoyed spotting hippos and crocodiles directly from our terrace. It's a very new and beautifully finished hotel with incredibly friendly staff. There is one pool near the garden which is very refreshing and a pool on the roof near the spa which is quite hot. I heard none of the neighbours during the night and the beds are quite firm which I personally find very comfortable I would certainly recommend staying here.

The self-contained room was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet. Free Wi-Fi and DSTV. Staff made every effort to me feel at home. I feel I got more than what I paid for. The place is being continuously improved but what is on offer now is worth more than they charge for.

We fell in love with Ngoma Zanga, and especially the amazing staff. Caroline, Kennedy, Destiny and the others made sure we always had everything we needed. they go above and beyond to book activities abd organize pickup with drivers. The hotel was decorated in a traditional way which we loved, the room was big, beds were comfortable, pool beautiful and we felt very safe. This is now our home in Livingstone! Thanks everyone

This was one of my great experiences in Zimbabwe - i was having some problem with transportations and the owner was so helpful and flexible to adjust my booking and stay in touch - the staff were soo helpful and they arranged all my activates I asked for in Livingstone with reasonable price and try to fit me with groups since i am solo traveler - the owner was always around in morning greeting guests and help it there is any issue , the staff as well , one night i asked if there is any food delivery and they insist that they will go to bring me food and i can't sleep feeling hungry, so it is happened I asked them i will go for a walk with one of them to buy - the warm water was always available - the breakfast was more than enough- don't miss having it near the pool
