The place was beautiful with a very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English, French, Spanish, Catalan and probably more. We were there off season but were still able to have dinner and breakfast. Both were outstanding. Plenty of delicious food, nice service and great value.

All was good! The location is good if you like this direction. There are scenic spots and hiking trails nearby. During the period in which we were vacationing (May), there were few people at the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff is good-natured. The breakfast is good (we can highly recommend it).

Davie and I had such a memorable stay at NH Collection Andorra Palomé. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, stylish and welcoming. The absolute star of our visit was the restaurant – the food was just outstanding. Every single dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, the sort of cooking that stays with you long after the meal. We found ourselves looking forward to every bite, and it genuinely felt special each time we sat down to eat. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, and the setting of the hotel, tucked into the mountains, made the whole experience feel almost magical. Between the comfort of the rooms, the warm service, and the incredible food, we couldn’t have asked for more. We left with full hearts (and very full stomachs!) and would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Andorra. Dining here alone is worth the trip.
