The welcoming attitude and the assistance of the staff was overwhelming. especially the three ladies that where attending all customers calls and requested are Thekra, Lujain and hadeel. the breakfast had lots of varieties more than what I can ask for. The food was excellent. I had very nice breakfast every morning and also dinner two times. The service was very good. I was not even checked in yet, and they served dates and Arabic coffee and some juice. Very friendly staff, and I felt welcome from the first step i took outside the car. I went in the gym on my first day, and when I came to my room, there was a bowl of nice fresh fruit. I can highly recommend this hotel.

    Reinlin was exceptionally helpful in accommodating uur family into 2 rooms at 11am even though check in time was at 1pm. We flew in from Melbourne enrout to South Africa. We had a 21 hour lay over, our flight landed at abu dabi 04h00, we hung around looking for accommodation until I was confirmed with booking.com, our connecting flight to SA was at 0200. We had to be at the airport 12am. I am extremely grateful that we were allowed to check in at 11am, had a well deserved shower and Reinlin gave us directions to the Golden Centre and a lovely restaurant across the mall where we had THE most delicious meal. Thank you to the front desk day and night shift as well for making sure our cab arrived just as we were checking out. Thank you to our very respectful concierge who helped move 12 suitcases. Thank you to the friendly cleaners as well. Will definitely recommend your hotel. And book again

    I don't remember the room number I booked, but I thought the provided room was even better + the staff were accommodating. Our flight was changed, and we arrived a few hours before check-in. We were lucky; they found a suitable room and checked us in early. We stayed on the 2nd floor with one of the best views. My husband ordered a surprise for our anniversary. They beautifully decorated the room with flower bouquets, rose petals, balloons, gave us a cake, and filled the tub with foam. They created a beautiful and romantic atmosphere! We also really liked the breakfasts and dinners. Everything was deliciously cooked, well done to the chefs! I went to the pool for a workout a few times; it was fun and beneficial. Special thanks to the reception staff, room service, and the pool and beach area. They know their job and are always happy to help!

    Everything at this resort was stunning, however the people made this hotel to stand out even more. The location is great, for the whole duration of our stay we had the impression that we are in a tropical vacation. I highly recommend any of the villas. Al Yamm is perfect for sunshine and beach lovers and Al Sahel perfect for those who want to enjoy the wildlife in their own backyard surrounded by trees. The pricing of F&B is surprisingly good as well. Would 100% recommend any of the 3 resorts from the island.

    The neighbourhood was very dengue .

    The neighbourhood was very dengue .I'm afraid to sleep in this hotel with my family it was unsafe. The hotel very far from masjed el madina it take25 min by bus and there's no bus after each pray ,you have to stay from Asr to 10 pm to come back to to hotel and you can't walk because of construction around the hole and you have to cross high way plus the un safe neighbourhood. All the information on the site and booking site is misleading. It was disappointing booking.

    Less of a party town than Dubai which is great for cultural travellers. Its a serene and gentle city with all the facilities a traveller requires. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Looking forward to the opening of Zayed National Museum, the outside looks stunning.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    I wouldn't rate it 5 star hotel at all. 3 star is good for them outside swimming pool 24 hours dirty inside swimming pool only as they saying open only weekend! breakfast u must wait in line for 1 hour to get inside! there are no facility for kids , only kids club and not worth it at all.

    My favourite places in Al Madinah were Masjid Quba and Masjid Al-Qiblatayn, both very peaceful and spiritually uplifting. I enjoyed a variety of foods during my stay, including pizza, burgers, wraps, and biryani. The options were delicious and convenient. It was quite easy to move around Al Madinah as I mainly used Uber taxis, which were comfortable and reliable. For families with young children, one of the best things is the availability of Halal food everywhere, making meals stress-free and enjoyable for everyone.

    The city is amazing, and modern.

    The city is amazing, and modern. I thought that there would be more traffic, but my rides were smooth. I went in the summer it was kinda hot in the noon and the afternoon, but the weather at night hit in the right spot. There are services everywhere, and people there are open-minded. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMNEND.
