- From $961 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,827 reviewsOur Butler Leonel was amazing. He never told me no, went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would send him a pic of where we wanted to spend the day and he would reserve the pool or beach spot with towels and our name and send me back a pic when it was ready. He had food delivered to us on the beach and at the pools when we asked. My wife asked for a magical night in the spa tub on the deck with strawberries, champagne, flower petals, candles, etc. One text and he made it happen. The bartenders at Toro were the best. All 3 of them were great guys, lots of fun, and made the perfect espresso martinis, along with the rest of the drinks. Osvaldo was our favorite guy and took good care of us. We ate at Toro 3 nights in a row. Best steaks and sides, as well as atmosphere and service. Overall, amazing trip with beautiful facilities and so many things to do and choose from.Guest review byBenjaminUnited States
- From $241.39 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,193 reviewsAs residents on the island, we visit the west coast ofter because we love this region. It was our first time in the hotel and we loved it in total. Beautiful surroundings and very well cared for. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cozy beds and pillows and good layout. The bathroom was big and the shower was amazingly good. Very clean and even the bathroom products were good. The restaurant is very good and the service is wonderful. What we like the most is the tranquility. The pool is fabulous and it is in an amazing spot that you can spend the whole day there and then watch the beautiful sunsets of the west coast of Puerto Rico. Really good for a getaway with your partner! We are definitely coming back.Guest review byMoralesPuerto Rico
- From $320.46 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 526 reviewsExcellent resort, very big and spacious you never feel crowded, the resort was full and you don't notice. Extremely clean, the staff is always checking and making sure everything is perfect. Love it. They have 2 restaurants and both are very good, the menu is very tasty and there are plenty of options. They offer water sports like kayaks and short trips to Gilligan's Isle which is a lot of fun. If you are into scuba diving, they also offer good services, unfortunately I am not a diver and I didn't want to take any changes, but I hear fantastic things about it. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. If you have children, this is your place.Guest review byBlancoveroArgentina

I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this placeGuest review byNatassiaJamaica - 10.0

I spent one day with a group tour around the city: caves, panoramic tour by bus, historical part and I loved it! I stayed in a lively area where on Sunday families were playing sports, listening to music, eating out and I loved it, The food is very affordable. Finally, I went by myself to the museums in the historical part again: Catedral la Primada, Ambar museum, Larimar museum. I ate at a restaurant next to the Last Columbus's house and the food was amazing.Guest review byMarinaPGuatemala - 8.0
Nice getaway, great for a long weekend.
Nice getaway, great for a long weekend. Good for girls trip with lots of nightlife and great restaurants,. What is great is that you have the convenience of using the dollar and US stores like Walgreens. So it is super convenient and easy to navigate.Guest review byJulieUnited States - 10.0

The people of Willemstad were friendly and helpful.
The people of Willemstad were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place with a little treasure down every alleyway. I stayed for 8 days and found something new almost everyday. I rented a car for 3 of the 8 days and was able to explore the entire island. Definitely make a trip to see the flamingos! I was able to park on the side of the road and walk to where they were feeding. I also recommend the sip and paint by Vibe & Paint, so relaxing and the view was amazing! I was able to choose my picture(pre-drawn)paint inside the lines(bc I can’t draw a stick person)and it was the perfect size for packing in my carry on. The “snack” that comes with it, along with a complimentary drink, was more like a meal. Such a great value at $50. The car rental(for 3 days)was also great value at $147. Some of the food was a little pricey but everything was delicious. As a solo traveler, the sip and paint was the only actual excursion I did but there is so much to do without paying a dime. Exploring all the culture and history of the island is only a short walk from anywhere. Driving is just like in the US, watch out for other drivers and you’ll be fine. I downloaded Mapsme.com and was able to navigate easily.Guest review byKathryn SuzanneUnited States - 4.0
Food was not good.
Food was not good. Service at the Buffet could have been much better. Rooms need attention. Lights need to be brighter, fans need controls, our door lock needed repair to lock. No water pressure in sink. The resort was attractive & kept clean.Guest review byElenaUnited States - 10.0
It's a quaint little town.
It's a quaint little town. All the restaurants are Italian or pizzerias. They were fair to good. The stores are interesting. It is a small village. We enjoyed exploring it, but there's not a huge amount there besides the souvenir shops, a few clothing stores, a few bars, a few coffee shops, and a few restaurants.Guest review byMitchellUnited States - 8.0

Kingston, the vibrant capital of Jamaica, is an absolute...
Kingston, the vibrant capital of Jamaica, is an absolute must-visit and deserves to be included alongside the famed north coast when planning your trip to this beautiful island. While many travelers flock to the stunning beaches of Negril and Montego Bay, Kingston offers a unique blend of culture, history, and authenticity that truly captures the essence of Jamaica. From the moment you arrive, the lively atmosphere is palpable. The city is rich in music and arts, being the birthplace of reggae and home to influential figures like Bob Marley. A visit to the Bob Marley Museum is a highlight, where you can explore the life and legacy of this legendary musician. In addition to its musical heritage, Kingston boasts a fascinating history, with sites like the National Gallery of Jamaica and the historic Devon House providing insight into the island's diverse culture and artistic expression. The food scene is also exceptional, offering everything from traditional Jamaican fare to contemporary dining experiences that celebrate local flavors. The warmth and friendliness of the locals further enhance the experience, making visitors feel welcome and immersed in the vibrant community. Plus, the city’s location serves as a convenient hub for day trips to nearby attractions, from the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains to the stunning beaches on the north coast. Overall, Kingston is a fantastic place to stay. It offers a distinct contrast to the more tourist-frequented areas while providing a deeper understanding of Jamaica’s rich heritage. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore this dynamic city on your Jamaican adventure!Guest review byPauline
